Responsibilities

• Lead, grow, and mentor a team of engineers, owning hiring, performance management, and career development
• Own the Console end to end, including observability, user management, and developer-experience features
• Own the strategy and delivery of developer tooling, including the Tiger CLI and MCP integrations
• Own billing end to end, from underlying services to the customer-facing experience
• Set technical direction across a JavaScript and Go stack
• Establish engineering practices, conventions, and culture during organizational reorganization
• Partner with Product and Design to turn roadmaps into polished features

Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience
• 3+ years managing engineers or engineering teams
• Track record of leading high-performing full-stack teams shipping customer-facing products
• Technical depth in JavaScript, modern frontend, and Go (or comparable backend services)
• Experience owning complex domains like billing, observability, or developer-experience tooling
• Strong product sense and ability to balance polish, velocity, and reliability

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CLIs, MCP, or building tooling for technical/developer audiences
