Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a feature-focused engineering team including frontend, backend, and mobile engineers
• Partner closely with Product and Design to define and deliver the roadmap for a core product vertical
• Provide technical guidance, architectural direction, and hands-on support
• Foster a high-performing, ownership-driven engineering culture
• Attract, coach, and retain top engineering talent
• Ensure strong engineering processes, velocity, and code quality
• Contribute to cross-team alignment and long-term product strategy as part of the Engineering leadership group

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of engineering management leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• 8–10+ years of total experience in software engineering
• Strong full-stack technical background (backend and at least one frontend or mobile framework)
• Proven success leading teams shipping user-facing features at scale
• Strong people management, hiring, and development skills
• Product mindset with ability to balance technical excellence and pragmatic delivery
• Excellent communication skills for a remote-first team environment
