Job description

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, qualify and close a sales pipeline
  • Strategically prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT leaders, and technical end-users
  • Build strong and effective relationships, leading to growth opportunities
  • Partner with Solution Architects and collaborate with the Professional Services team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with ecosystem partner sales and channel partners to maximize deal sizes
  • Participate in sales enablement trainings, including comprehensive Sales Bootcamp, advanced sales trainings, and development programs

Requirements

  • 10+ years quota-carrying sales experience in a fast-paced, competitive market
  • Proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
  • Ability to articulate business value of complex enterprise technology
  • Skilled at building business champions
  • Strategic thinking for prioritizing and closing key opportunities in territory
  • Driven, competitive, strong desire to succeed
  • Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Passionate about career growth in the database/software market
  • Previous sales methodology training (MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales)
  • Familiarity with databases, developer tools, and open-source technology
