Job description

Responsibilities

  • Drive net-new customer acquisition across the UAE, focusing on enterprise and higher mid-market accounts
  • Build and maintain a 3–5x qualified pipeline against quota through prospecting and discovery
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial engagement through negotiation and deal closure
  • Map and develop territory plans across key sectors including Government, BFSI, and Oil & Gas
  • Build and maintain high-level CXO and CISO relationships using value-based selling methodologies
  • Manage complex RFP/RFI processes and large deal cycles typically ranging from $50K to $500K+ ACV
  • Partner with regional channel partners, distributors, and system integrators to drive shared success

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Information Security, or a related discipline
  • 10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience with a focus on new business acquisition
  • 5+ years of experience selling into UAE Government or Enterprise accounts
  • Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity solutions such as MDR, XDR, Endpoint, and Cloud Security
  • Proficiency with CRM and forecasting tools including Salesforce, Clari, or Power BI
  • Fluent English communication and negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Spoken Arabic proficiency
  • Existing credible network within UAE enterprise accounts
