Job description

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the full sales cycle from prospecting to close with a focus on results
  • Leverage industry contacts and networks to generate leads and facilitate introductions with potential clients
  • Build relationships with prospects to identify their problems and deliver solutions
  • Identify and prioritize target accounts and key decision-makers, focusing on strong C-level relationships
  • Work closely with the founding team to iterate and improve sales processes and accelerate growth
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior management
  • Identify effective methods to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Understand customer needs and relay detailed feedback to product teams to inform roadmap and priorities

Requirements

  • 6+ years experience selling high ACV software products to enterprise customers
  • Proven track record of success in selling complex solutions to C-level executives, particularly CFOs
  • Ability to operate in a dynamic environment, wearing multiple hats to drive results
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to explain complex solutions simply across calls, emails, and social media
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple opportunities in the pipeline
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Willingness to travel to support clients and build new partnerships
