Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to gather consolidation requirements and translate them into technical designs.
  • Design, configure, and implement EPM consolidation solutions (HFM/FCCS/SAP BPC/NetSuite) tailored to client needs.
  • Develop and manage data integration processes to consolidate financial data from multiple sources.
  • Configure consolidation rules, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and reporting structures.
  • Validate, reconcile, and analyze consolidated data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support period-end close activities, consolidation runs, and financial reporting cycles.
  • Provide guidance on consolidation best practices, intercompany reconciliation, and close management.
  • Conduct client workshops, deliver training, and act as a trusted advisor throughout engagements.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to EPM methodologies, templates, and tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certification (CPA, CMA) or EPM vendor certifications.
  • 5+ years experience in EPM consolidation implementations.
  • Prior consulting experience delivering consolidation projects in UAE or regional markets.
  • Strong SQL or ETL experience for data integrations.
  • Experience with financial close automation and reconciliation tools.
