Responsibilities

  • Own the virtual event strategy and calendar to align with demand gen goals and brand positioning
  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of flagship virtual summits, digital conferences, and webinars
  • Develop compelling narratives that reinforce Superside’s leadership in AI-powered creative innovation
  • Partner with content, creative, and demand gen teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns
  • Manage speaker recruitment and preparation, building relationships with industry leaders and customers
  • Oversee all virtual event operations, including platform management, production partners, and budgets
  • Measure and report on performance, translating engagement and pipeline data into actionable insights

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in virtual event marketing or digital-first field marketing
  • Proven track record of executing large-scale virtual summits (1,000+ registrants)
  • Background in B2B SaaS, creative services, or fast-growing startups
  • Hands-on experience with virtual event platforms (e.g., Zuddl)
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track KPIs and demonstrate ROI
  • Exceptional project management and communication skills in a remote-first environment
