Responsibilities

• Lead full-lifecycle feature development from scoping and architecture to deployment and iteration
• Integrate AI tools like Cursor, Copilot, and Claude into daily workflows to accelerate velocity
• Navigate ambiguity and make autonomous decisions to fill requirement gaps
• Deploy MVPs quickly to gather real-world feedback and avoid over-engineering
• Partner with stakeholders and users to translate pain points into functional, scalable software
• Work cross-functionally to remove blockers and maintain a high shipping cadence

Requirements

• Proven experience developing and maintaining production-grade web applications
• Proficiency with TypeScript, React, or similar frameworks
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture and component-driven development
• Knowledge of modern build pipelines
• Understanding of system design and working with complex systems
• Strong product intuition for applying AI to solve real user problems
