Senior Field Application Scientist

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical advisor and scientific support lead for the Envision™ computer vision and ML/AI platform.
• Drive user adoption and independence through onboarding training, experimental design consultation, and data analysis support.
• Coordinate and conduct on-site customer visits to ensure successful product implementation and hands-on training.
• Provide expert-level technical troubleshooting for software products and contract services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide "voice of customer" feedback for future product enhancements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, application notes, and troubleshooting guides.

Requirements

• PhD in Neuroscience, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Expertise in in-vivo research techniques and proficiency in animal behavior or biology.
• Prior experience with life science hardware and software solutions.
• Experience supporting or selling capital equipment in the life sciences industry.
• Ability to travel up to 50% to support customer visits in major life science hubs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for high-impact presentations and technical writing.
