Senior Field Marketing Manager, EMEA

Description Menlo Security is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Marketing leader to join our Marketing team and drive our pipeline-generating strategies and initiatives for the EMEA region. The role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans, owning regional pipeline growth through various demand generation activities, and enhancing overall brand visibility.

Responsibilities

• Own regional pipeline growth through Demand Generation activities including in-person events, virtual events, digital demand, and outbound campaigns.
• Work with sales and channel functions to generate and monitor demand gen plans.
• Request and support localized Demand Generation assets.
• Enhance overall brand visibility and positioning within the region.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proven experience in growth and performance marketing, preferably in the cybersecurity or technology industry.
• Comfortable interacting with sales leadership and C-level executives.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and exceptional leadership and team management skills.
