Senior Field Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Install and commission new systems including mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components
• Troubleshoot and rebuild hydraulic and centrifugal pumps
• Lead on-site project staff and external contractors
• Provide training to customers and staff in classroom and practical settings
• Perform preventative maintenance and retrofits on customer sites
• Manage project administration and reporting
• Ensure personal and site staff safety and quality assurance

Requirements

• AS, AAS, or equivalent education/work experience
• 3-5 years of experience in a Field Service Technician capacity
• Willingness to travel up to 70% domestically and internationally
• Ability to read and interpret hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical prints and PLC ladder logic
• Proficiency in electro-mechanical systems and precision measurement instruments
• Experience installing multimillion dollar capital equipment
• Valid Driver's License and valid passport

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ultra-high pressure or water jet cutting machines
• Previous work experience in a food processing facility
• Demonstrated experience with PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems
