Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the company's rolling forecast model, including revenue, headcount, and operating expense
• Lead quarterly reforecast cycles in coordination with department heads
• Support the annual operating plan process, including departmental build-ups and scenario modeling
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial packages for internal leadership and external stakeholders
• Develop and maintain SaaS KPI reporting including ARR, NRR/GRR, bookings, and churn
• Calculate and maintain customer-level ARR tracking and ensure data integrity
• Serve as a finance partner to multiple functional areas to translate data into actionable insights
• Build scenario and sensitivity models to support strategic decisions like pricing and M&A diligence

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or a related analytical role
• Prior experience in a SaaS or subscription-based technology company
• Proficiency in Excel financial modeling (multi-tab P&L, scenario analysis)
• Strong command of SaaS metrics: ARR, MRR, NRR, GRR, CAC, LTV, churn, bookings
• Familiarity with GAAP revenue recognition principles and ASC 606
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Jedox, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or similar FP&A/EPM platforms
• Exposure to PE-backed company reporting requirements
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM data for revenue reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• CPA or CFA progress is a plus
