Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close processes
• Partner with department leaders on operating expense planning and variance analysis
• Maintain departmental budgets, headcount tracking, and spend forecasts
• Build and maintain financial models to support business planning
• Perform ad hoc analyses related to cost management and operational efficiency
• Serve as a finance partner to functional leaders across the business
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting automation

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or consulting
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets capabilities
• Proficiency in financial modeling
• Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with SaaS businesses, ERP systems, and BI Tools
• Knowledge of Salesforce and HiBob is a plus
