Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Trace expenses to correct jobs, departments, and categories to eliminate miscoded spend
• Own purchase order accuracy, reconciliation, and support revenue and COGS accuracy
• Reconcile data across field service platforms, QuickBooks, and CRM
• Produce accurate and defensible commission reports
• Support budgets and expense planning across multiple brands and entities
• Build and maintain department-level performance dashboards and KPI tracking
• Manage CRM data hygiene, including tag structures and duplicate detection
• Write data standards to maintain information integrity during scaling
• Flag margin erosion, cost creep, and pricing problems through variance investigation

Requirements

• 5+ years in accounting, financial analysis, FP&A, or business operations
• Proven job costing experience
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, nested logic)
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks with multi-entity experience
• Experience with CRM or field service management platforms
• Strong written and spoken English
• Ability to overlap with U.S. Eastern business hours
• Must be currently based in Latin America (LATAM) or Europe

Preferred Qualifications

• SQL experience
• Prior experience supporting U.S.-based trades, construction, or home services companies
