Responsibilities

  • Own portions of the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial planning process
  • Develop financial models that improve visibility into company performance and future investment decisions
  • Analyze monthly results, identify business drivers, and communicate actionable insights to leadership
  • Partner closely with Accounting to ensure accurate reporting and alignment between actuals, forecasts, and KPIs
  • Improve and automate planning workflows using AI and modern financial tooling
  • Identify opportunities to eliminate manual reporting through automation and self-service analytics
  • Support board materials, leadership presentations, and strategic planning initiatives
  • Collaborate across R&D, G&A, and Operations to understand business performance

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance
  • Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills
  • Experience building dynamic forecasting models
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Strong analytical curiosity and comfort working through ambiguity
  • Excellent communication skills for executive-ready recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in high-growth SaaS or technology environments
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to automate analysis and improve workflows

Benefits

  • Starting salary of $124,000 - $166,000
