Senior Forward Deployed Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain custom services, pipelines, and connectors integrating AI platforms with complex enterprise systems
• Design multi-channel AI workflows across voice, chat, email, and back-office processes tailored to client needs
• Lead client-facing technical sessions, architecture workshops, and solution design with engineering and senior stakeholders
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and maintainability; contribute to incident management and operational standards
• Feed deployment insights back into product strategy and contribute reusable patterns/frameworks

Requirements

• 5+ years building and running production backend systems (enterprise or AI-focused)
• Strong in TypeScript, Python, or Go; fluent in distributed systems and architectural trade-offs
• Proven experience integrating systems via APIs, messaging frameworks, and secure authentication
• Hands-on deploying AI solutions across voice, chat, email, and back-office systems
• Exceptional communication; able to influence technical and business leaders
• Operates independently in complex environments with minimal guidance
• Experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer (or similar) working directly with clients

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience bridging legacy enterprise stacks with modern AI platforms
• Leading architecture reviews and technical workshops with senior stakeholders
• Implementing incident response and operational excellence practices
• Contributing reusable integration patterns and internal tooling
