Senior FP&A Analyst

Responsibilities

• Act as a dedicated finance partner for department leads to drive cost efficiency and manage spend.
• Mature the FP&A function by identifying and implementing automation tools for real-time reporting.
• Own and administer internal financial reporting, modeling, and forecasting tools.
• Facilitate the annual budgeting process and monthly rolling forecasts.
• Analyze key financial performance indicators including customer profitability, CAC, LTV, and retention.
• Build complex financial models to evaluate market entries, product launches, and capital allocation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in FP&A, Investment Banking, or Strategic Finance
• Experience with FP&A platforms (Adaptive, Anaplan) and BI tools (Tableau, Looker)
• Experience with ERP systems (Netsuite, Sage Intacct)
• Proven track record of owning and administering financial forecasting software
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field
• Strong financial modeling and data structuring skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Ecommerce or SaaS industries
