Senior FP&A Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dynamic, driver-based financial models for business decisions, scenario planning, and long-range strategic planning
• Own the budgeting and forecasting process for headcount expenses
• Oversee and evolve job architecture and compensation programs including cash, equity, and bonus structures
• Manage bi-annual compensation planning cycles
• Own the design and administration of healthcare benefits, ancillary benefits, 401k plans, and perks

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or startup FP&A
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Claude
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills for cross-departmental partnership
• Proven ability to build scalable reporting infrastructure and improve processes
