Responsibilities

  • Drive franchisee performance by analyzing business data and implementing targeted action plans
  • Lead structured business reviews with franchise leadership teams to translate insights into measurable goals
  • Coach and influence franchisees to strengthen leadership capability and execution discipline
  • Accelerate adoption of systems, tools, and technology solutions across the network
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align initiatives and pilot new strategies
  • Act as a credible, honest advisor to franchisees, delivering tough feedback and navigating conflict

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts degree
  • Ability to manage own calendar and daily schedule
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for regional meetings and franchise owner conferences
  • Ability to spend approximately 65% of time engaging directly with franchisees

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Master in Healthcare Administration
  • Master in Business Analytics / Data Science
  • Master in Management / Strategy
  • Experience in Data / Analytics and Information Systems
  • Experience in Franchise Management or Management Consulting
  • Certifications in BI platforms, Project Management (PMP), or Lean / Six Sigma
