Senior Front End Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain frontend platform, component library and web applications using TypeScript, React, and Next.js
• Build reusable UI patterns, design tokens, and components
• Develop a machine-readable, API-first frontend platform to serve AI agents and human users
• Apply AI effectively throughout the software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, and testing
• Partner with product, design, and engineering peers to deliver high-quality features
• Own quality through testing, accessibility, observability, and performance

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional development experience
• Deep fluency in Next.js (App Router), React, and TypeScript
• Experience with modern build tooling like Turborepo or Rspack
• Experience building Design Systems with tokens and theming
• Strong understanding of AI-assisted software delivery and AI-native workflows
• Strong quality mindset regarding accessibility, performance, and telemetry
• Ability to travel up to 5 days per quarter for team gatherings

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with BFF layers or event-driven architectures
• Experience with contract-driven development
• Ability to contribute to backend services when needed
• Experience helping teams adopt AI-assisted engineering practices
