Senior Full Stack AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead AI projects from ideation through architecture, production, and iteration
• Develop and deploy real-time AI systems involving speech and natural language understanding
• Build robust model and prompt pipelines for LLM-powered workflows
• Partner with Product and Engineering to identify high-leverage AI opportunities
• Help develop the strategic AI roadmap across speech, NLP, and automation workflows
• Apply AI to improve clinical documentation, customer support, and billing workflows
• Help grow and lead the AI team, including training junior members

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience building AI/ML systems in industry or academia
• Strong experience building and evaluating NLP and/or LLM systems
• Experience with speech-related pipelines in production or near-real-time settings
• Track record of benchmarking accuracy, cost, and latency
• Proficiency in Python (>3.9)
• Knowledge of Docker basics
• Familiarity with AWS (S3, RDS, EC2)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience optimizing real-time speech processing systems (latency, streaming)
• Experience with modern STT and TTS engines
• Experience designing IVR applications or working with CPaaS platforms like Twilio
• Experience architecting ML/LLM evaluation pipelines
• Familiarity with FastAPI, Pydantic, SQLAlchemy, and PostgreSQL
• Experience building healthcare software or data processing pipelines
