Senior Full Stack Developer - EdTech

Responsibilities

• Build & innovate: design and implement new features for the Paradox App, integrating AI-driven personalization and high-quality UX. Rapidly prototype, iterate, and ship improvements.
• Scalability & performance: ensure the platform supports large concurrent cohorts, optimize resource usage and infrastructure costs, and implement CDN and caching strategies for global performance.
• User-centered design: collaborate with product and design teams to deliver intuitive, accessible, and responsive interfaces; use Tailwind CSS to craft polished UIs.
• Problem solving & troubleshooting: investigate production issues, implement robust fixes, and proactively address recurring system problems to maintain a stable user journey.
• Collaboration & communication: participate in architecture discussions, provide constructive feedback, and work within Agile processes to deliver high-quality software.

Requirements

• 3–6 years relevant experience
• Strong TypeScript expertise
• React.js (3+ years)
• Tailwind CSS proficiency
• AI integration experience
• Scalable web architecture
• Clean, maintainable code
• Fluent French & English
• Remote + Dubai office flexibility

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Nest.js
• Experience building or integrating LMS platforms
• Mobile/web cross-platform experience
• Startup or CTO-level product/architecture experience
• Familiarity with CDNs, caching and performance optimization
