Senior Full-Stack Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and own features end-to-end across the stack from architecture to production monitoring
• Build with AI as your default workflow using agentic coding tools
• Develop agentic AI workflows including LLM-powered features with context management and tool use
• Make pragmatic technology choices regarding cost, speed, and maintainability
• Identify problems and propose solutions proactively
• Maintain security and data integrity at the core of all development
• Estimate and communicate risks early while shipping fast

Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience
• Proficiency with AI-assisted development and agentic coding workflows
• Proficiency in both frontend and backend development
• TypeScript, Node.js (Nest.js), and React
• SQL and MongoDB
• AWS knowledge
• B2/C1 English level
• Experience enhancing system and infrastructure security
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI) and RAG
• Fintech background or experience with security-focused projects
• Knowledge of C#, Java, Go, or Python
• Early-stage startup experience
• Experience with infrastructure setup
