Senior Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy automations and AI-powered tools to optimize workflows and marketing operations
• Integrate APIs and design MCP servers for seamless interoperability
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and security teams to automate branded document generation
• Research and apply latest GenAI technologies to the AI automation roadmap
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on intelligent workflows
• Contribute to the Qohash Deal Desk by embedding AI capabilities into sales enablement
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions

Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience (Python, JavaScript, Java)
• Strong experience with API integrations and automation workflows
• Hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks (e.g., Claude Agent SDK)
• Familiarity with AI-driven coding tools (e.g., Claude Code)
• Ability to work independently and deliver outcomes at speed

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/French)
• Based in Quebec
• Experience with AWS
• Contributions to open-source projects or a personal coding portfolio
• Cybersecurity awareness or best-practice knowledge
• Startup environment experience
