Senior Full Stack Developer

About the Company

Qohash is building the zero copy data security control layer that enterprises need to adopt AI safely. Our platform, Qostodian, helps large organizations discover, classify, govern, and remediate sensitive unstructured data across their most critical data sources without moving or copying the data.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and implement features using Microservice Oriented Architecture
• Write efficient, testable code using AI coding tools to accelerate implementation
• Perform identification of code metrics and software reliability analysis
• Review code and provide guidance to other engineers regarding maintainability and security
• Collaborate with the security team to integrate best practices into development processes
• Participate in incident response activities and investigate/remediate incidents
• Advise product owners on technological choices and development decisions

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Microservices development with Golang, Kotlin/Java, or Springboot
• 5+ years of experience with Javascript Frameworks (React and Typescript)
• Demonstrated daily use of AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code) to accelerate development
• Proven ability to operate within Agile/Scrum delivery cycles
• Strong engineering fundamentals in Java/Kotlin and React

Preferred Qualifications

• Residency in Quebec
• Experience working in a Startup environment
• Cloud experience (AWS or Azure)
• Experience with Cybersecurity
• Bilingual in English and French
