Senior Full-Stack Developer (S.AFE Platform) - Luxury Real Estate

Responsibilities

• Design and develop core modules for the internal brokerage operations platform, covering finance, compliance, deal tracking, and agent commission workflows.
• Build and maintain full-stack features using JavaScript/TypeScript and Python, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Integrate third-party platforms (e.g., payment, finance, and compliance systems) via REST APIs and webhooks.
• Develop agent-facing dashboards with real-time KPIs such as deal count, closing speed, TCI, and sales volume.
• Contribute to platform architecture, including centralized data models that unify complex transaction flows.
• Collaborate closely with finance and compliance teams to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Write clean, testable, and well-documented code aligned with engineering standards and best practices.
• Optimize system reliability, performance, and developer experience in a remote-first, async environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript for building and maintaining full-stack applications.
• Solid backend development experience using Node.js frameworks and Python-based services.
• Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React or Vue.
• Proven ability to design and consume RESTful APIs, including webhook-based integrations.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL in production environments.
• Cloud experience with AWS or Azure, with the ability to deploy, monitor, and maintain applications.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first, asynchronous team setup.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
