Senior Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications using modern full-stack technologies.
• Take ownership of the full software development life cycle, from concept to deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Lead and mentor junior and mid-level developers through code reviews, design discussions, and hands-on guidance.
• Drive technical decision-making and contribute to long-term technology roadmap planning.
• Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues to ensure high performance and scalability.
• Proactively suggest improvements to technical architecture and infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Full Stack Web Development, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
• Proficiency in ASP.NET Core, C#, LINQ, and Entity Framework (EF6/EF Core).
• Strong experience with React JS and front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, Clean Architecture, and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with cloud services (Azure preferred, AWS, or Google Cloud) and DevOps (CI/CD pipelines).
• Proficiency with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns (Repository, Unit of Work, CQRS).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Next JS, RabbitMQ, or Redis caching architectures.
• Familiarity with Azure API Management or AWS API Gateway.
• Experience with background job processing using Hangfire.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks like xUnit, Cypress, or Selenium.
• Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-204, AZ-400, or AZ-305) are a significant plus.
