Senior Full-stack Engineer (Java/React) (Back-end Focus) Integration Focus - Technology

Responsibilities

• Own integrations end to end, from loosely defined requirements through design, implementation, delivery, and iteration.
• Translate high-level goals into clear execution plans, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and outcomes.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs in Java (Spring), contributing to frontend work (React) when needed.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT) to accelerate delivery while maintaining high code quality.
• Ensure reliability and maintainability through strong ownership of CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and clean, well-documented systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer with a strong backend and system design focus, particularly in APIs and integrations, using Java and Spring in production environments.
• Solid working knowledge of React, modern JavaScript, and PostgreSQL / NoSQL databases, including data modeling, performance, and secure data access.
• Deep understanding of API design and integration best practices, including contracts, versioning, and reliable communication across internal and external systems.
• High level of autonomy and ownership, comfortable operating in fast-paced startup environments with evolving requirements and minimal process.
• Strong communication skills and demonstrated use of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently.
