Senior Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the full software development lifecycle from concept to deployment
• Mentor and elevate the team's technical skills through constructive code reviews
• Champion code quality by implementing automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
• Drive technical excellence by improving system monitoring, logging, and managing technical debt

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in web application server architecture
• 3+ years of experience building web applications using React
• Expertise in API and Data Model design
• Proficiency with Python and Front End technologies (CSS, JavaScript frameworks)
• Experience developing tests for performance, quality, and scalability
• Proven success delivering in an agile environment
• Proficiency with Git and project management tools like Jira
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python, Django, React, and Kubernetes
• Ability to collaborate with product teams to define feature requirements
• Experience implementing and documenting engineering processes and standards
