Senior Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the technical design, implementation, and delivery of complex business features and medium-to-large releases
• Integrate products with 3rd party tools from providers such as Atlassian, Microsoft, and others
• Work across a cross-functional stack, handling both backend and frontend development as required
• Conduct comprehensive code and design reviews to ensure high quality and best practices
• Provide mentorship to the growing development team and promote knowledge sharing
• Act as a leader for the Incident Response team, managing documentation and lessons learned
• Ensure the development and deployment of secure code in compliance with company security and privacy policies

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in web software development
• Proficiency in React.js and Redux for frontend development
• Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript or Java for backend development
• Strong experience with REST APIs
• Experience with database design and architecture using both SQL and NoSQL
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or JUnit
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and AWS

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with the Serverless Framework
• Experience with Docker and Azure
• Experience developing integrations for platforms like Slack, Jira, Confluence, GitHub, or Azure DevOps
• International professional experience
