Senior Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable full stack features using React, Django, and PostgreSQL
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA to deliver thoughtful, performant features
• Write clean, testable, and well-documented code for both frontend and backend
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks, usability issues, and technical debt
• Help maintain and evolve APIs, data models, and client-side architecture
• Ensure code aligns with best practices for security, accessibility, and responsiveness

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience as a full stack engineer or similar role
• Proficiency or ability to transition into ReactJS, Django, and PostgreSQL
• Strong understanding of API design, database performance, and component-based UI development
• Clear and concise communication in English for a remote team setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in healthcare, dental, or other regulated industries
• Familiarity with HIPAA, GDPR, or other data privacy and compliance standards
• Experience with authentication flows, user permission management, or third-party integrations
• Familiarity with accessibility standards, performance optimization, or data-heavy UI
• Exposure to AI-based or data-driven products
• Experience mentoring or leading other engineers
