Senior Full Stack Engineer

Prompt is a mission-driven startup delivering highly automated and modern B2B enterprise software to rehab therapy businesses. We help outpatient rehab organizations treat more patients and deliver better care with less environmental waste by turning a paper-heavy industry digital.

Responsibilities

• Build full-stack data and analytics features end-to-end, from data models to user-facing interfaces
• Build AI and LLM-powered workflows to accelerate data transformation and analysis
• Own the design, development, and iteration of complex data systems and transformations
• Develop and ship analytics products and dashboards for clients and internal teams
• Perform exploratory analysis to surface insights and guide product decisions
• Partner with stakeholders to define success criteria and deliver high-value products

Requirements

• 4+ years of software development experience with a focus on full-stack web development and data modeling
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience building backend servers and modern frontend interfaces (React, Vue, or equivalent)
• Fluency with modern AI and LLM-powered development tools
• Proven ability to work with complex, evolving data sources
• Experience designing and operating end-to-end data workflows
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with complex healthcare datasets (patient care, operations, billing)
• Experience with analytics engineering tools like dbt or Metabase
• Experience working in AWS (S3, Athena, RDS, Redshift, Glue, etc.)
• Experience with relational databases and warehouses (PostgreSQL, Snowflake, BigQuery)
• Experience building internal or client-facing analytics products
