Senior Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and test the APIs and services that power RoadieXD
• Develop internal and customer-facing tools, primarily in React, to enable cross-dock operations to scale
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Operations to solve complex logistics challenges
• Influence architecture and technical design decisions to improve scalability, reliability, and performance
• Write clean, maintainable code backed by automated testing and modern engineering best practices
• Continuously improve existing systems to enhance performance and developer experience

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience building production applications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience building scalable, distributed systems and APIs in production environments
• Strong proficiency in at least one backend language (Go, Ruby on Rails, Java, C#, Python, etc.)
• Experience working with modern frontend frameworks such as React
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining reliable, well-tested software
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex technical challenges
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
