Washmen is hiring Senior Software Engineers with strong experience to join our team. It’s a team of young, talented, and passionate technology enthusiasts with a strong interest in innovative web technology. We are currently expanding our teams to take on new challenges as we grow.

Skills and Qualifications

7+ years of relevant work experience.

Solid experience in ReactJS & NodeJS

Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices

Proven track record of writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, scalable code.

Expertise in solution and software architecture and design

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and communicate openly within a team environment

Experience in React Native, TypeScript, & AWS is a plus

Responsibilities and Duties

Design, develop, and maintain robust software applications using ReactJS, React Native, NodeJS, and AWS

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define technical specifications.

Implement efficient and scalable solutions while ensuring code quality and performance.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure the highest standards of code excellence.

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating them into our development processes when applicable.

Provide mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
