Senior Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build high-performance mobile apps (React Native)
• Build responsive PWAs (React + TypeScript)
• Develop scalable backend services (Node.js)
• Design and operate event-driven, cloud-native systems on AWS
• Work with PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Redis
• Improve observability, monitoring, and reliability
• Resolve production incidents and implement long-term fixes
• Strengthen CI/CD, automation and deployment pipelines
• Mentor engineers and drive engineering best practices

Requirements

• 7+ years building production systems
• Strong React and TypeScript skills
• React Native experience preferred
• Node.js and API design expertise
• Experience with microservices and event-driven architecture
• AWS experience (Lambda, SQS, ECS, API Gateway)
• SQL/NoSQL and performance tuning
• Caching and migrations (Redis, DynamoDB)
• Automated testing (unit, integration, contract)
• Strong debugging and observability skills
• Ownership of production reliability and security
• Excellent communication and mentorship abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience scaling high-volume consumer platforms
• Deep practical knowledge of distributed systems
• History of improving SLAs and system resilience
• Experience with monitoring tooling and tracing
• Familiarity with mobile and web performance optimization
