Senior Full-Stack .NET Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, efficient, and secure enterprise-level software architectures across the .NET stack
• Write, test, and debug complex code for high-load systems with strict latency and reliability requirements
• Identify and eliminate performance bottlenecks across CPU, memory, I/O, and database layers
• Conduct thorough code reviews to enforce strict code quality, security, and industry best practices
• Implement and monitor production observability frameworks including logging, metrics, and distributed tracing
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers
• Partner with Delivery Managers and product teams to align technical execution with business goals

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior engineering role
• Deep hands-on expertise in C# and .NET (Core / .NET 6+)
• Commercial experience or strong willingness to work with Golang and Node.js
• Experience designing and evolving high-load backend systems
• Experience working with REST APIs and web services
• Strong understanding of async/await, multithreading, and memory management
• Experience designing and operating microservice-based systems
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases
• Experience with containerized environments including Docker and Kubernetes
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated delivery
