Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build mechanics that drive organic growth, including referral systems, social sharing flows, and engagement loops
• Own features end-to-end from data model to shipped customer experience across mobile and web
• Deliver features across iOS, Android, Web, and backend services
• Instrument work with analytics events to drive data-driven iterations
• Take ownership of technical architecture and engineering standards
• Partner directly with the CEO, Senior PM, and Senior Designer

Requirements

• Experience building social or engagement systems at scale (feeds, referral flows, social graphs)
• Proven ability to own features end-to-end across the full stack
• Experience shipping production features across multiple client platforms (iOS, Android, or Web)
• Proficiency in at least two of the following: Swift, Kotlin, React Native, TypeScript, Dart, or Python
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools as accelerators
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving, low-process environment
