Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build polished, high-converting purchasing experiences for digital memberships, courses, and content
• Run A/B tests and experiments to validate changes boosting user acquisition, retention, and conversion
• Implement and improve features in the Next.js frontend and Rails backend
• Work on data pipelines and services driving search and recommendations
• Proactively improve codebase quality, processes, and architecture
• Collaborate with leaders and designers to create world-class user experiences

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer on complex, high-scale web applications
• Strong proficiency in Next.js, ReactJS, TypeScript, Tailwind, Ruby on Rails, and MySQL/PostgreSQL
• High degree of proficiency in frontend development
• Experience working on a fully distributed remote team
• Proficiency in English (CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with creator-platforms, social content, video feeds, or marketplaces
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation in consumer-facing applications
• Exposure to search, recommendation, and personalization at scale
• Production experience with hybrid React/Next.js systems for high-traffic applications
