Senior Fullstack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and ship product features end-to-end across the stack using React, TypeScript, and Ruby on Rails
• Own meaningful product areas including design, implementation, performance, and reliability
• Make pragmatic decisions regarding data modeling, API design, and GCP infrastructure
• Partner with product, design, and clinical teams to simplify complex healthcare workflows
• Raise technical standards through code reviews and design feedback
• Mentor and sponsor less experienced engineers
• Build and integrate AI-powered features into production

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Ruby on Rails
• Solid command of relational databases and cloud infrastructure (GCP or AWS)
• Proven track record of owning features end-to-end with limited supervision
• Experience building or integrating AI-powered features (LLMs, RAG, or ML-assisted automation)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Experience with healthcare data, HIPAA, or regulated environments
• Experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup

• Compensation: $180,000 - $210,000/year + company equity
