Senior Fullstack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance, scalable backend systems using C# and .NET technologies
• Build frontend solutions using Angular and TypeScript in close collaboration with Design and Product teams
• Lead design discussions and implement best practices for microservices and service-oriented architectures
• Drive platform evolution by leveraging cutting-edge technologies for future-proof, scalable infrastructure
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues with strong emphasis on debugging skills
• Optimize system performance through proactive analysis, code reviews, and observability tooling
• Mentor junior engineers and share deep technical expertise across teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions
• Contribute to agile processes and drive continuous improvement in development methodologies
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend new tools to enhance the technical stack

Requirements

• 8+ years of fullstack engineering experience building and scaling robust services
• Strong expertise in C# and .NET technologies
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services including Key Vault, App Config, and queueing products
• Proficiency with Angular, TypeScript, and frontend performance optimization
• Experience integrating AI tools for document context extraction, text, and speech processing
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
• Extensive database design experience with both SQL and NoSQL systems
• Proven track record with caching strategies and performance optimization
• Strong command of codebase architecture, code organization, and relevant design patterns

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in fintech or proptech industries
• Understanding of ML solution pipelines
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization technologies
• Azure or cloud technology certifications
• Additional programming experience in Golang or other languages
• AWS cloud native experience
