Responsibilities

• Lead the concept evaluation process including market analysis, genre trends, and competitive benchmarking
• Develop Product Briefs covering core lore, target audience, differentiators, and KPIs
• Build ROI rationale in partnership with Finance and Production regarding staffing, timelines, and budgets
• Maintain and refine the product roadmap, prioritization framework, and delivery milestones
• Drive cross-functional communication between Creative, Production, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, and Finance
• Partner with Marketing and Analytics to develop launch strategies and messaging
• Monitor live KPIs and gather player feedback to drive post-launch iterations
• Evolve the studio's green-light framework and documentation templates

Requirements

• 5–10 years of game product management experience
• Proven track record with shipped titles
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and player motivations
• Experience owning roadmaps, KPIs, playtest cycles, and green-light evaluations
• Data-driven decision-making skills with comfort in forecasting and iterative development
• Ability to lead cross-functionally and influence without formal authority
