Senior Go To Market Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and ship AI agents and automated workflows to optimize revenue motion
• Build lead enrichment agents using Clay, ZoomInfo, and Snowflake
• Develop outbound personalization agents for cold outreach
• Create AI-assisted research workflows for meeting prep and account briefs
• Implement pipeline pattern detection agents to surface deal risks and opportunities
• Build agentic deal review and forecast support tools
• Integrate workflows with Salesforce and Pardot
• Ensure all workflows respect HIPAA constraints and data governance

Requirements

• 6 to 9 years of experience in GTM engineering, RevOps, growth, or product
• Hands-on experience building AI workflows or agents (Claude or comparable models)
• Proficiency in prompt engineering and wiring agents to tools/data
• SQL fluency for querying Snowflake or similar data warehouses
• Experience integrating CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation (Pardot)
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with 6sense, Clay, ZoomInfo, Power BI, or dbt
• Python or comparable scripting skills
• Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries
• Experience as an early AI engineer in a GTM organization
