Senior Golang Developer

Responsibilities

• Implement, evolve, and maintain transactional card authorization journeys
• Develop robust integrations using Go, gRPC, and AWS with high availability and low latency
• Diagnose and solve complex problems in critical environments
• Define and disseminate backend technical standards and security best practices
• Lead code reviews, system refactoring, and critical production incident resolution
• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines for distributed systems
• Ensure system observability through DataDog

Requirements

• Practical mastery of Go (Golang) for backend systems
• Experience with AWS essential services
• Development and consumption of APIs and microservices with gRPC
• Advanced source code management with Git
• Creation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines in cloud environments
• Implementation of monitoring with DataDog
• Advanced knowledge of algorithms, data structures, performance, and security for distributed applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with financial systems, card authorization, or fraud prevention
• Advanced knowledge of event-driven architecture and messaging
• Machine learning techniques applied to fraud detection
• AWS or Go certifications
• Experience with DevSecOps practices in regulated or PCI-DSS environments
