Senior Golang Engineer

Responsibilities

• Write robust, scalable, and reusable Golang code according to requirements
• Cover code with unit tests and work with QA engineers to ensure high code quality
• Perform code reviews and assist teammates with solving technical problems
• Troubleshoot issues and participate in requirements and implementation discussions
• Ensure stable product operation through monitoring, alerts, and metrics
• Develop applications for isolated infrastructure complying with security standards
• Solve complex business problems related to fintech backend development
• Communicate technical directions and product goals clearly with the team

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Golang and 5+ years of overall development experience
• Experience with message queues such as Kafka, NSQ, NATS, or RabbitMQ
• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes
• Good understanding of CI/CD processes, specifically using ArgoCD and GitLab
• Experience with MySQL or similar relational databases
• Experience with event sourcing architecture patterns
• Knowledge of software observability tools including Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and Opsgenie
• Experience working within a Scrum framework
• Strong spoken and written English and Russian skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in training, onboarding, and mentoring junior and mid-level developers
• Understanding of the cryptocurrency industry
• Experience participating in technical interviews
