Senior Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end creative across digital and print, from concept to delivery
• Translate briefs into compelling visuals aligned with brand guidelines
• Build and maintain comprehensive brand identity systems
• Design proposals, brochures, reports, and presentations for bids and marketing
• Create digital assets for web, social, and apps with user-centric thinking
• Produce motion graphics and animations for video and presentations
• Mentor junior designers and provide art direction and feedback
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
• Collaborate with marketing, BD, engineers, and project managers
• Research and apply emerging design trends and tools

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• 6+ years of professional design experience
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Strong typography, layout, and composition skills
• Portfolio demonstrating brand systems, digital and print work
• Understanding of UI principles and accessibility basics
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Based in Dubai, UAE; hybrid on-site as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Motion graphics with Adobe After Effects
• UI/UX tools: Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Familiarity with CMS and web design principles
• Experience in infrastructure/engineering/consulting sectors
• Basic video editing skills
