Senior Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design delivery for client projects, from concept and strategy to final production and handoff.
• Create branding assets, marketing collateral, digital ads, social content, and motion graphics for cross-channel campaigns.
• Produce and edit video content; design and animate motion graphics for web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with art directors, producers, account teams and editors to define scope, timelines and technical requirements.
• Develop storyboards, visual guides and prototypes to communicate concepts and creative direction.
• Integrate audio, color, animation and visual effects to enhance storytelling and brand impact.
• Troubleshoot technical/design issues and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high quality standards.
• Research and adopt emerging design techniques and tools to keep deliverables current and competitive.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years experience
• Adobe Creative Suite
• After Effects
• Premiere Pro
• Motion Graphics
• Video Editing
• Portfolio required
• English fluency
• Onsite Abu Dhabi

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Cinema 4D or Blender (3D design)
• Familiarity with Figma or other UI/UX tools
• Background in digital marketing or agency work
• Knowledge of social media and content marketing principles
• Experience with project management tools and workflows
• Strong presentation and client-facing skills
