Responsibilities
- Lead creative direction and execution for print and digital marketing campaigns tailored to the UAE market.
- Manage and mentor a small design team, providing feedback, reviews and professional development.
- Produce high-quality assets for retail, in-store displays, product packaging, social, email, paid media and web.
- Ensure all creative work adheres to brand standards and local market regulations; adapt global brand campaigns for UAE audiences.
- Collaborate with Brand, Retail, Ecommerce and Marketing teams to align visuals with commercial objectives and campaign KPIs.
- Oversee the end-to-end creative process from concept through final delivery, maintaining quality, timelines and asset management.
- Improve production workflows, establish clear review/approval processes, and drive efficiency across projects.
- Create motion and video assets (where required) and work with vendors or internal resources for larger productions.
