Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of high-quality visual assets across digital and print, ensuring consistency with Emirates Nature–WWF brand guidelines.
  • Translate strategic objectives into creative concepts for campaigns, fundraising, conservation communications, events, merchandise and product collateral.
  • Produce pitch decks, illustrated reports, case studies, social media graphics, web banners, email assets, print collateral, event materials and merchandise mock-ups.
  • Support development and maintenance of sub-brand identities and brand asset libraries.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing & Engagement, Content & Social Media, Digital, Product and Project teams to refine briefs and deliver on project requirements.
  • Manage multiple projects, prioritise workloads, and track delivery metrics, timelines and quality standards.
  • Maintain a disciplined approach to job tracking: time taken, delivery rates and delay reporting; provide constructive feedback and iterate designs based on stakeholder input.
  • Keep up to date with design trends and implement innovative techniques to uplift storytelling and audience engagement.
