Senior Growth Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own growth engineering projects end-to-end, including localization frameworks, referral logic, and attribution systems
• Build marketing site features such as landing pages, interactive tools, and conversion flows
• Shape marketing platform capabilities by building A/B testing infrastructure and programmatic SEO tools
• Drive experimentation and optimization by setting up experiments and iterating based on data
• Maintain integrations with the marketing technology stack including Segment, GTM, Mixpanel, and BigQuery

Requirements

• Strong frontend foundations in React, TypeScript, and modern web development
• Experience with backend logic, API routes, and third-party integrations
• Understanding of SEO, analytics, A/B testing, and conversion optimization

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building AI into user-facing marketing features at scale
• Proficiency using AI tools to multiply personal output
• Personal interest or experience in content creation or social media audience building
