Senior Growth Manager

Responsibilities

• Own market marketing strategy and annual planning for the CIS region
• Drive business KPIs including registrations, FTT, MAU, trading activity, and revenue growth
• Manage marketing budget allocation and prioritization
• Identify and execute high-impact growth opportunities
• Lead cross-functional planning across Product, PR, Community, CRM, Paid, and regional teams
• Define market priorities and Go-To-Market (GTM) direction
• Mentor and coordinate the local marketing team
• Represent the market in regional planning and business discussions

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Growth, Product Marketing, or Commercial Marketing
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset
• Proven experience owning and delivering on business KPIs
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives
• Native Russian language skills
• Strong English communication skills
• Leadership potential with the ability to grow into a Market Lead role

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the crypto, fintech, or broader technology sectors
